I'm studying computer science in Fribourg, Switzerland. On the side, I co-founded Bleeze, a web agency where I build websites and web apps for clients.

I'm Noé Romanens.

At 19, I'm a full-stack developer, just as comfortable on the back-end as on the front-end. Studying computer science at EMF (École des Métiers de Fribourg), I design and build complete web applications, from architecture to interface.

Alongside my studies, I'm co-founder of the web agency Bleeze, where I run several large projects at once. I handle much of the development, but also the project management: I've coordinated multiple developers across parallel projects, while staying involved in each one, from the first technical decision to going live.

With my business partner, I also handle a large part of marketing and acquisition: ad campaigns, lead management and turning prospects into clients. So I know both the technical and the business side of a project.

My next ambition with Bleeze: to launch a large-scale SaaS, built to grow and handle real load.

I stay constantly focused on making the most of every resource. Sites have to be fast, interfaces intuitive, and the architecture flawless. Originally from Vuadens, in the Gruyère region, I believe in clean code, automation, and technical choices that hold up over time.

Every project is built with conversion and profitability in mind, not just looks. A few results:

swissmedsolutions.ch: over CHF 20,000 in training sales through the site in its first month live, while their old site had never brought in a single enquiry and they relied on word of mouth.
helvetruck.ch: 20+ quote requests a month through the site.
phenix-reload.ch: over CHF 15,000 in memberships sold in the site's first month.
onway-autoecole.ch: once working alone and short on clients, the driving school now has to hire to keep up with its online bookings.
securite-vigilance.fr: 15+ quote requests a month through the site.
wakesurf-leman.ch: fully booked all summer thanks to the booking system, with streamlined processes that save the team a lot of time.
